DIRECTOR OF FUNDRAISING & DEVELOPMENT
Tricia has been a neighborhood leader for over twenty years.
After many years in the corporate sector, Tricia realized she was not making a positive impact on the world and chose a different path. Tucking the briefcase and pumps in the closet, Tricia began a second career as a nanny enriching the lives of our future leaders. It wasn’t long though before those corporate skillsets were put back to work in neighborhood leadership.
As the founding president of 12South Neighborhood Association, Tricia began a grass roots revitalization of a community once very prominent but had lost it’s identity and ultimately gave way to crime, abandoned properties, drug dealers and unscrupulous slumlords.
Bit by bit, and step by step, Tricia and a core group of volunteers addressed those problems, found solutions and began to rebuild community pride in 12South.
Tricia brings her diverse neighborhood experience to her position of Development Coordinator at Neighbor 2 Neighbor.
